Ready Set Permit LLC is a dynamic permitting service that helps individuals, contractors, and businesses navigate the complexities of obtaining permits quickly and efficiently. Whether it's construction, zoning, or business licensing, we streamline the process from start to finish. 

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: 

• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Ready Set Permit LLC, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates. 
• "You," "User," or "Client" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services, whether personally or on behalf of a business or organization. 
• "Service" refers to all permitting-related services provided by Ready Set Permit LLC, including but not limited to permit application assistance, document preparation, submission, tracking, and consulting. 
• "Site" refers to our official website and any associated digital platforms or communication channels. 
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, including any referenced policies, disclaimers, or service-specific terms. 
• "Content" refers to all materials, documents, text, graphics, logos, and other information provided through our Service or Site. 
• "Third Party" refers to any entity or individual not directly affiliated with Ready Set Permit LLC. 

Ready Set Permit LLC (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) offers professional permitting and consulting services designed to assist individuals, contractors, and businesses in navigating local, state, and federal permitting processes. Our services include, but are not limited to: 

• Permit Expediting: Facilitating the submission and approval of permit applications to relevant governmental agencies. 
• Document Preparation: Assisting in the completion and organization of required forms, plans, and supporting documentation. 
• Permit Tracking: Monitoring the status of submitted applications and providing updates to clients. 
• Agency Liaison: Communicating with city, county, and state departments on behalf of clients to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals. 
• Project Coordination: Supporting clients in aligning permitting timelines with project milestones. 

We strive to provide accurate, timely, and professional services; however, we do not guarantee permit approval, as final decisions rest with the relevant authorities. 

By accessing or using the services of Ready Set Permit LLC, you (“User,” “Client”) agree to the following responsibilities: 

Accurate Information 

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information necessary for permit applications and related services. This includes personal, business, and project details required by local, state, or federal agencies. 

Timely Communication 

You agree to respond promptly to requests for additional documentation, clarification, or approvals to avoid delays in the permitting process. 

Compliance 

You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes. Our services assist with compliance, but final responsibility rests with you. 

Authorization 

You confirm that you have the legal authority to request services on behalf of the business or entity you represent and to share any required documents. 

Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to: 

• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. 
• Submit false or misleading information. 
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems or operations. 
• Share confidential or proprietary information without proper authorization.

Review and Approval 

You are responsible for reviewing all documents prepared or submitted on your behalf and approving them before final submission to any agency. 

1. Payment Terms 

Clients agree to the following payment structure for services rendered by Ready Set Permit LLC: 

Permit Services 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon intake and initiation of services. 
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon successful issuance of the permit. 

Notice of Commencement (NOC) Services 

• Payment is required 100% upfront prior to the commencement of service. 

Contractor Registration Services 

• Payment is required 100% upfront before any registration activities begin. 

Certificate of Insurance (CoI) Renewals 

• Payment is required 100% upfront prior to processing renewal documentation. 

General Payment Policies 

• All payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., credit card, ACH, or other accepted forms). 
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. 
• Failure to pay may result in service delays, suspension, or termination. 
• No refunds will be issued once services have been initiated, except where required by law. 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Clients may cancel services provided by Ready Set Permit LLC under the following conditions: 

Before Permit Intake Begins 

If a client cancels before any permit intake or work has started, no fees are charged and a full refund will be issued if any payment was made. 

After Permit Intake but Before City Submission 

Once the permit intake process has begun, the initial intake fee becomes non-refundable. If the client chooses to cancel before the permit is submitted to the city, Ready Set Permit! LLC will issue a full refund of any remaining balance, excluding the intake fee. 

After City Submission 

Once the permit has been submitted to the city, the client is obligated to complete the full service. At this stage: 

• The initial 50% payment is retained by Ready Set Permit LLC. 
• The remaining 50% balance is due and must be paid in full, as the service is considered substantially complete. 

Permit Fee Payments 

Permit fees paid to government agencies are non-refundable once submitted. These fees must be paid by the client and are subject to NET 7 payment terms (payment due within 7 calendar days of invoice date), when advanced by Ready Set Permit LLC. 

3. Intellectual Property 

All content, materials, and branding associated with Ready Set Permit LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 

Ownership 

Unless otherwise stated, all rights, title, and interest in: 

• Logos, trademarks, service marks, and trade names 
• Website content, including text, graphics, images, and layout 
• Marketing materials, guides, templates, and documentation 
• Software, systems, and tools developed or used by Ready Set Permit LLC 

are the exclusive property of Ready Set Permit LLC or its licensors. 

Restrictions 

Users may not: 

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written consent. 
• Use our branding, logos, or materials in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without authorization. 
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any proprietary tools or systems.

Limited License 

We may grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use certain materials for the purpose of engaging with our services. This license does not convey ownership or any rights beyond the intended use. 

4. Privacy Policy Reference 

Ready Set Permit LLC is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. 

Data Collection 

We may collect personal and business information including, but not limited to: 

• Name, address, phone number, and email 
• Business details and project information 
• Payment and billing information 
• Documents required for permit applications 
• Passwords & Login information for city portals 

This information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services, communicating with clients, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements. 

Data Usage 

Your data is used to: 

• Process permit applications 
• Communicate with relevant agencies 
• Manage billing and payments 
• Improve our services and client experience 

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill our services or comply with legal obligations. 

Security 

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. 

5. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Set Permit LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with: 

• The use of our services; 
• Delays or failures in permit approvals; 
• Errors or omissions in submitted documentation; 
• Actions or decisions made by third-party agencies or government entities; 
• Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data; 
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems or client information. 

Permit Approval Disclaimer 

We provide professional permitting services and guidance, but we do not guarantee permit approval. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant city, county, or state agencies. 

Maximum Liability 

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 

Third-Party Services 

We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or actions of third-party vendors, contractors, or government agencies involved in the permitting process. 

6. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready Set Permit LLC, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: 

• Your use of our services; 
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions; 
• Any misrepresentation or omission of information provided by you; 
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or permitting requirements; 
• Any third-party claims resulting from your actions or omissions in connection with your project or permit application. 

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your relationship with Ready Set Permit LLC and the completion of services. 

7. Termination 

Ready Set Permit LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, under the following conditions: 

Termination by Us 

We may terminate or suspend services if: 

• You violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations. 
• You fail to make timely payments or resolve outstanding balances. 
• You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information. 
• Your conduct is deemed abusive, threatening, or disruptive to our staff or operations. 
• We determine, at our sole discretion, that continued service is no longer feasible or appropriate. 

Termination by You 

You may terminate your engagement with Ready Set Permit LLC at any time by providing written notice. However, cancellation policies and payment obligations outlined in Section 2 (Cancellation & Refund Policy) will apply. 

Effect of Termination 

Upon termination: 

• All outstanding fees become immediately due. 
• Access to any ongoing services or documentation may be revoked. 
• We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of submitted documents unless required by law or agreed upon in writing. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. 

9. Dispute Resolution 

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the services provided by Ready Set Permit LLC, the following procedures shall apply: 

Good Faith Negotiation 

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations. You may contact us directly to discuss concerns or request clarification before pursuing formal action. 

Mediation 

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon neutral third party. Mediation will take place in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed. 

Arbitration or Legal Action 

If mediation fails, either party may pursue binding arbitration or legal action. Any arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the decision shall be final and binding. 

Alternatively, if arbitration is not pursued, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. 

Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

10. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying you through other appropriate channels. 

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 

If the changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to the effective date, which may include sending an email notification or displaying a prominent notice on our platform.
